2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Use of the Service

Lintel provides AI-generated renovation options, cost estimates, and buildability flags based on the information you submit. Outputs are informational only and do not replace professional architectural, structural, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying any recommendations with qualified professionals before acting on them.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or access the Service in an unauthorized manner.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as floorplans, photos, and property details). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and use it to provide the Service.

5. Payments

Some features require payment. Fees are disclosed at the point of purchase and processed through our payment provider. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lintel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
